TX series rock drilling rigs are suitable for bolting and excavation construction in high-speed railway tunnels, highway tunnels, hydropower station tunnels, and mine tunnels, and can meet the different needs of customers.
≡ Features Of TXZY-21 Rock Drilling Jumbo
● It adopts combustion engine and motors dual power, uses an internal combustion engine to drive when walking and positioning, and uses electric motor to drive when working. The internal combustion engine meets the national emission requirements and is more environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
● Large operating range: the maximum height of bolt construction is 13m, and the maximum width is 19 m; the maximum height of tunneling construction is 9.3m and the maximum width is 13 m. It meet the needs of high-speed rail, expressway tunnel bolt construction,single-track railway tunnel, mine roadway excavation and construction.
● The hanging basket (optional for some models) has a maximum load-bearing capacity of 450kg, which can be used as a platform formeasurement, charging, bolt installation, and quality inspection.The hanging basket can rotate 90° in both directions, and it is closer to the working surface during operation, which is convenient for operation.
● The electrical system adopts CAN communication connection technology, and the modular sub-area layout design simplifies the wiring and improves the reliability.
